What do we do to end this?

I'll explain all the symbolism.
Purple Candle - remembrance of LGBT bully-related suicides
Glass Cover - covers ups the issue (while media focused on this for awhile, its like yesterday's news, instead of an issue to be worked on like it should be)
Magazine Clippings say "The candle only burns for so long"

So there's this quote, I edited it a little for this purpose;
"When a team loses a game, the town riots. When someone dies, we light a candle." Its both a positive yet negative thing. Positive because it's a calm remembrance of those who were victims. Negative, because we should have the anger that we have when a team loses, and use that anger to stop this once and for all.

The glass cover is being put on top of the candle because the issue is not being dealt with and is kinda fading away. But b/c the candle will be in a closed space, the oxygen will quickly burn and the candle will go out, symbolizing that when this issue is put away, the peaceful remembrances will stop and aggression towards ending this violence will begin.

and I titled it "What do we do to end this?" because thats what all reporters keep asking...which is disappointing. How about education??? Maybe if we didnt isolate LGBT education from schools, children wouldnt see it as something different and it would help show how equal we are to everyone else. Plus too, it's positive for the LGBT community because the health education and history we should be learning in school is ending up being something we search for ourselves on the internet, which isn't always correct

Sorry this is so long, I'm just very angered by the lack of progress being made with this issue.
